The steel structure is mainly combined by the welding process. If the welding process is strictly not carried out according to the reasonable process, welding defects will occur. Welding defects not only bring many difficulties to production, but also may cause catastrophic accidents. According to statistics, most of the steel structure accidents are caused by welding defects. This kind of welding defect is more likely to appear in the welding details of the steel structure. 5. Bad detail structure

Poor structural details will lead to geometric stress concentration, which is easily overlooked in  steel structure design, and it is also one of the reasons that are more likely to cause accidents. Due to the poor detail design of the steel structure of the bridge, the geometric stress of the bridge is concentrated and superimposed during the use of the bridge.
